Year 6

Date: 5th Oct 2015 @ 5:55pm

Year six have certainly been busy over the last few weeks from winning the bake off to delivering their house captain speeches this morning. I'm so proud of how the children overcame their nerves and spoke clearly to their houses asking for votes.

Even though some were apprehensive they knew that they would feel a huge sense of accomplishment if they managed to stand and read out their speeches to the rest of the school. They were amazing! I'm delighted with the way they conducted themselves and hope they are delighted with themselves too.

We have a long wait until merit assembly on Friday to find out who the winners of the vote will be but regardless of the outcome they are all winners in my eyes.

It's very sad Mikey - hopefully see you after school. Zac's garden will be open until 5pm for ex-pupils so we can all remember him.
