Owl pellet dissection

Y2 have been learning about food chains and were very excited today to be able to find out exactly what owls eat.  They worked in groups and dissected owl pellets very carefully to find the bones of the animals it had eaten.  They used a bone chart to identify the bones and work out the animal.
