To conclude our RE topic, Year 4 have been reflecting on the values and respect for authority we have gained while learning about Christianity.

They were asked to discuss and contemplate these questions....

1. Who has influenced what you think of as right and wrong?
2. Who do you know who is a good source of wisdom and authority?
3. Do people might have differing ideas about how to live well?
4. Does it make a difference who you are giving good advice to?
5. Could you place your letter in a time capsule and it would still be good advice in the future?
6. Who do you think gives the best advice and why?

Before completing the task....

“You have the last piece of paper in the world. You have been asked to use it to write a letter to pass on the best guidance for life they have ever been given  – what would you write?”
