Year Six's Sangria Sensations

Class: Year 6 Year: 2017 - 2018

As part of European Day of Languages and British Food Fortnight Year 6 decided to make a traditional non-alcoholic Spanish Sangria using British ingredients. 

The children learnt how to say the ingredients in Spanish, they translated the recipe and then had an amazing afternoon slicing, dicing, peeling and mixing it all together. 

It was then served to Year 5 who in turn delighted us with their Swedish meatballs.
