Harry Potter Book Night
Harry Potter book night was as magical as ever. What a superb evening to immerse ourselves in the wonders of Hogwart's as found in the pages of JK Rowling's books.
The children from Y2 upwards watched in awe as the owls flew over their heads before enjoying the chance to look more closely and hold them on their arms. They bravely encounted the snakes, spiders and other creatures that were found in our school library. They played Quidditch, owl balloon games, tucked into the biscuits they decorated, bought sweets from Honeydukes, made wands, and even potted their very own clay mandrakes.
A night to remember and to inspire a love of the magical worlds that can be found in books.
