Harry Potter Book Night

Once again I was amazed to see our school transformed by the fantastic team of staff here at Garswood. With our theme this year being the 'Prisoner of Azkaban' we found Sirius Black AKA Mr Yearsley posters 'Have you seen this wizard?' springing up everywhere! The Knight Bus took over the entrance hall and a Patronus appeared in the Computing Suite!

This year we welcomed Gauntlet Birds of Prey for an owl and birds of prey show and Reef's Reptiles with snakes and tarantulas. They were simply amazing. We also had paper fortune telling, 'what's your patronus?', wand making, quidditch, cake decorating, and fun photo opportunities.

It was a superb evening and let's hope it will encourage everyone to enjoy the JK Rowling texts! #readingisfun
