Introducing Our New 2-Year-Old Provision: A Place to Explore, Learn, and Thrive!

Dear Parent/Carer,

We are thrilled to announce that in January 2024 we will launch our brand-new 2-year-old provision at Garswood Primary and Nursery School! As we continue to expand our commitment to early childhood education, we are excited to welcome your littlest ones to a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters growth, discovery, and boundless possibilities.

We believe that every child deserves the best possible start in their educational journey.

Highlights of Our 2-Year-Old Provision:

1. Expertly Trained and Caring Staff: Passionate about working with toddlers and understand the unique needs and developmental milestones of this age group - dedicated to creating a safe and supportive atmosphere where each child can flourish.

2. Play-Based Learning: We recognise the importance of play in a child's early years. Our curriculum is centered around play-based learning, encouraging children to explore, create, and make sense of the world around them through hands-on experiences.

3. Individualised Attention: We understand that every child is unique and learns at their own pace. Our small class sizes enable our staff to provide individualized attention, tailoring activities to suit each child's interests and abilities.

4. Language and Social Skills Development: A focus on communication and socialization allows children to build crucial language and social skills, preparing them for future interactions and learning opportunities.

5. Engaging Activities: From arts and crafts to music and movement, our carefully planned activities will ensure that our littlest learners are always engaged and excited about coming to school.

7. Seamless Transition: Our team is committed to making the transition into our 2-year-old provision as smooth as possible for both parents and children and further to this seamlessly moving through to the 3 year old provision. We are here to support you every step of the way.

Enrolment for our new 2-year-old provision is now open and if you would like an application please email the school office marked for the attention of Mrs K Wood. Spaces are limited.
