A very busy day!

Class: Year 2 Year: 2015 - 2016

Y2 combined 2 trips in one day! This morning we visited the 'Al Rahma Masjid' Mosque in Liverpool - the children had a tour of the Mosque and found out some facts about the Muslim religion.  They also spent time looking at artefacts, trying on clothing and took part in role play activities.  After a well deserved lunch, we then headed to The Walker Art Gallery.  The children enjoyed looking at paintings and sculptures dating from medieval times to more modern art work.  They enjoyed comparing paintings as well in taking part in a quiz to find different paintings around the gallery.
