A visit from the owls

Class: Year 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

We were very lucky to have spent the afternoon learning all about nocturnal animals. This is part of our science topic  'light and dark'. We learnt so much new vocabulary that we can't wait to use.

Gareth told us all about how to keep the owls safe too,as some are at risk. There are 5 types of owls that are indigenous to the UK and we saw 4 of them today.
