An eggciting discovery

During their forest school activities, Y2 were surprised to find a nest full of sparkly eggs resting on a tree at the back of the field.  We explored the area for clues and wondered were they had come from.  The discovery stimulated lots of exciting ideas which the children have written as stories.  We have some fabulous creative writing describing what might hatch from the eggs and were they might have come from.
