Class: Year 5 Year: 2016 - 2017

To link our science and history topics together, we reseached Archimedes this afternoon in school.  The ancient Greek scientist discovered the theory of displacement as did our year fives.  We looked at how we could make our experiment fair and how to record our results fairly.  We even discussed why some anomolies happened to explain any changes in the pattern of our results. It was very difficult to find the water levels but we came up with a number of different solutions, tabulating and creating a graph of our results.
