Year 3 enjoyed following instructions to measure and prepare ingredients accurately to make the chocolate brownie mixture. They then carefully spooned the brownie mixture into a hollow orange and tightly wrapped it in tinfoil. The children placed the wrapped oranges in the campfire where they cooked for 35 minutes. The children sang campfire songs while they waited for their ‘Forest School Chocolate Orange Egg’ to bake in the fire.
