Class: Year 6 Year: 2015 - 2016

It was super tonight to meet with our Child Governors - the teaching and learning sub committee. They had some superb and really interesting feedback about the school curriculum and helped to formulate our 'Garswood Promise'. We want to ensure all children experience visits and experiences whilst they are at our school that should be part of every childhood.

Our child Governors felt that all children should - visit the farm, visit a forest, a museum, an art gallery, different places of worship, the zoo, the beach, the swimming pool, a theatre to name a few.

It was great to have their opinions on this and on other important aspects of teaching and learning at school. Thank you children - a superb meeting.
