Explorer Day!

Lesson: History

Class: Year 1 Year: 2018 - 2019

This half term we have been learning about explorers and voyages. We have been researching all about Neil Armstrong and Christopher Columbus. To end the topic we had an explorer day where the children came to school dressed as explorers and shared their knowledge of who they had come dressed as. 

We invited our grown ups into school to listen to our sea shanties, space songs and look at our art work. We also told them all about the facts we had learnt about.
