Lesson: Learning Outside the Classroom

Class: Old Foundation Stage Year: 2015 - 2016

It was the first of our forest school sessions for children and grown ups this evening.

Having first some time to reflect on their own experiences playing as children, the grown ups got stuck in, recreating those experiences with their children. Den building, making natural jewelry, whittling, and climbing trees were some of the activities. 

The feedback was superb as families enjoyed this time together and had fun finding out more about forest schools.
