On Monday, the children discovered pumpkins hidden in the hobbit hole. They discussed where they had come from, who had put them there and how many there were! We estimated, counted, measured and sorted the different pumpkins. We then explored them in our texture kitchen and read the story, 'Pumpkin Soup'. Look out for the learning story to follow.
