Fantastic research from Year 5 today.  To start our Americas topic they had to go on a jigsaw hunt to find the United States of America in 50 pieces around the ICT suite and match them up with their shape on the map of North America.  They also had to use their ersearch skills on the computer to solve a riddle involving compass points and algorithms to decipher which state was the answer and find an associated fact about it.  Quite a challenge!  A bit of team work and detective skills made for a successful outcome.
