Snail sketches

Class: Year 2 Year: 2015 - 2016

Y2 have loved reading 'The Snail and the Whale' by Julia Donaldson.  They have also enjoyed practising their sketching techniques and had a go at drawing a snail.  We talked about how we could improve our sketches and looked closely at photographs and videos of snails.  Their second observational drawings were very life like!
