Snow Fun

Class: Nursery Year: 2017 - 2018

There's no day quite like a snow day! 

Nursery children independently put on their waterproofs and wellies before heading outside to explore the snow.

We caught snowflakes on our tongues and felt them melt.
We worked together to make a snowman, rolling, squeezing and patting the snow to shape it.
Children made 'snow soup' and 'ice-cream' in the texture kitchen. 
We had friendly snowball fights.
We made footprints in the snow and some children wrote their names using sticks or their fingers.
