Trip to Manchester

Lesson: History

Class: Year 1 Year: 2022 - 2023

Year 1 visited Manchester football museum and the Lowry art gallery this week. 

As part of our History work last half term Year 1 were learning about Lily Parr and why she was so important. We visited the National football museum to take part in a workshop all about Lily Parr's life. 

In the afternoon, we visited the Lowry art gallery to take part in an art workshop and find out about Lowry's life and his work.
